Freddie has contributed to, and led, multiple evidence projects on a wide range of healthcare topics, including; rural health inequalities, falls prevention and mental health. In these projects Freddie has gained extensive experience searching databases, screening results, mapping literature and synthesising findings. This work has been utilised in a number of different ways, including being used to inform the development of national level models.
Freddie has worked on national evaluation projects, conducting interviews and focus groups with senior leaders, staff and service users. Freddie is comfortable using programmes such as NVivo to analyse data and identify themes.
Freddie has supported the dissemination of his findings through use of blogs and presentations, as well as contributing to conference posters.
Prior to Joining the NHS Freddie has five years of experience as a pricing analyst in the commercial sector.
