Sophie Hodges

Sophie is a client service manager with an analytical and population health management background. Sophie is passionate about providing better evidence and bringing people together to improve ways of working in order to improve decision making in health and care.

Sophie has a first-class degree in Economics with Econometrics (BSc) from the University of Kent and is in her final year of completing a masters in Health data Analytics (MSc) from UCL. She also has a qualification in Healthcare Leadership from the NHS Leadership Academy.

Sophie has experience in analytics, economics and population health management. Sophie also has experience in building communities of practice supporting analytical upskilling and developing system intelligence functions.

Prior to joining the Health Economics Unit, Sophie worked in the PHM team in NHS England & NHS Improvement, The Economics team in The Health Foundation, Performance and in Intelligence in Doncaster CCG and Analytics & Insight for Finance in NHS England and NHS Iimprovement.
